Terms of Service
- I have read the Terms of service, Shipping Policy & Refund Policy prior to purchase.
- HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY: PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING
- I understand that all items are made to order and I understand that a 5-7 day production window is possible for my order.
- I understand that orders with multiple products will be shipped in order of production completion.
- I understand that incorrect shipping addressees can not be updated after an order is placed.
- I understand that due to the pandemic, inflation and pending recession there may be a delay in the production and/or delivery of my order. It is possible for my order to take 7-14 business days OR MORE post production to receive my order.
- I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
- I understand that all discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
- I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
- I confirm that my shipping address has a secure place for my package to be placed by the shipping handler.
- I understand that Rich Auntie Energy is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries
- I understand that due to COVID-19 my order may not be exchanged for any reason but item defect or damage due to shipping.
- I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
- I understand that Rich Auntie Energy is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the shipping provider.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for production of your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.
All timeframes are estimates and based on ideal conditions.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, feel free to return the unworn item to us within 7 days of delivery for Store Credit. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges.
- All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
- Shipping fee must be covered incoming and outgoing by customer for exchanges.
- Items returned after 7 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Items for return must be sent back in original condition to be eligible for store credit.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Missing Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
If you would like to exchange an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please us at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval within 7 days after the package is received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3-4 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.
If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund.
